Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Bookings & Pricing

• Roomek aggregates real‑time hotel inventory from partners (e.g., Amadeus/OTAs). Availability and prices can change rapidly.
• Before confirmation, we display the final price including taxes/fees where provided by partners.
• Your booking is with the hotel or partner, not Roomek. Their terms (cancellation, incidentals, check‑in requirements) apply.

Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By saving a card, you authorize charges for confirmed bookings and any applicable fees.
• We may pre‑authorize your card to validate payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by hotel and booking type. Check the specific terms before confirming.
• Refunds are processed according to the hotel's policy and may take 5-10 business days.
• Roomek service fees are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.

Prohibited Uses

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any other systems or networks.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Roomek and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of hotel information.
• We are not responsible for hotel services, amenities, or any issues that arise during your stay.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roomek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roomek and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
